Digital Advertising specialists, Fluid Ads, have been shortlisted for The Drum Awards, one of the most sought after accolades in the marketing industry.
The Drum Awards is a global awards programme that recognises the best companies and people from across the marketing and communications industry. Just to be shortlisted is a huge achievement, and Fluid Ads have been selected in the Digital Advertising: Healthcare and Pharma category.
George Dann, Fluid Ads CEO, said: “We knew we would be facing tough competition, so when we found out we’d been shortlisted, we were absolutely delighted. Looking at our fellow nominees, there are some fantastic projects that they’ve worked on, and no matter what the result on the night, we already consider ourselves to be a winner.”
Fluid Ads’ entry was based around a project they did with Practice Plus Group (PPG), helping the organisation recruit for hard to fill vacancies. The bespoke approach adopted by Fluid Ads resulted in 150,000 people accessing the application page, and subsequently hundreds of high quality applications that met PPG’s strict criteria.
Alex from PPG said: “We have had fantastic outcomes for hiring roles that we find more challenging. Over the time of using Fluid Ads for one of our regions, we have moved from having minimal applications to hundreds of good quality applications, which have then moved into interview stage and beyond.”
George concluded: “At Fluid Ads, we pride ourselves on being able to find innovative ways of using our proprietary technology to help clients achieve their goals, no matter how ambitious they may be. It was this innovative approach that led to us aiding PPG in meeting their goals. And we are extremely happy that The Drum Awards has recognised this work.”
