Getting the right balance between work and family life is an individual thing and will be personal to each and every member of our team, but what we can do as an employer is to create a flexible and proactive working environment to help all of our staff find the right balance in their lives.

Flexibility on location
We have offices in both London and Preston, and we allow staff a little flexibility between the two. If our sales teams are out and about, they can dive into either when they need some downtime between meetings. Our senior leadership team base themselves wherever suits and is the easiest for their schedules.
Our team also includes a number of people working in a variety of territories across the world. They enjoy all the benefits of flexible and remote working, as well as a base to call home when they visit our UK team.
Being a global business, we serve clients on both sides of the Atlantic and all over the world. Our platform is agile, and we offer custom solutions to our clients. Most importantly, we need to support those clients and be there, as and when, they need us.

Tech has truly re-imagined the workplace. Our teams in London, Preston and across the world use a variety of techniques to communicate daily whether video conferencing, project management tools and the occasional email.
