Child / Parent Accounts
Users can now create child accounts from within their account area. This allows a user to create a sub-account to allow separation of adsets, campaigns etc; ideal for agencies or companies with multiple brands.
Child accounts do not require a separate package subscription and are tied to the parents billing account.
This is the first step to enabling Google campaign support within the platform and is required to ensure ads are IAB compliant.
Image optimisation allows a user to see which ad sizes are incompatible with the IAB standards (for overall ad size) and provides a simple interface to reduce the quality of images included in the adset.
User Onboarding Integration
We have integrated UserGuiding (https://userguiding.com/) into the platform, which will allow us to provide simple product walkthroughs for new users signing up to the platform.
By guiding users through various parts of the system, it should, hopefully, reduce some of the support tickets received. This also allows us to highlight new areas of functionality to the user when features are introduced, provide tooltips and also monitor how users are interacting with the platform.
As well as the above, we have released some general bug fixes to ensure the platform is as stable and bug free as possible.
